6 C Apples – peeled, sliced, cored
1 C Water
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
6 Tbsp Pectin or 1 Package Pectin
1 Lemon – medium, unpeeled, seeded and thinly sliced
4 C Sugar
2 Tsp Nutmeg – ground
Tools Needed:
Knives
Vegetable Peeler
Funnel
Spatula
Ladle
Jar Lifter
Lid Lifter
Headspace tool
Chopstick
Paper Towels
Apple Corer (optional)
Preparation
Fill Jar – ¼ Inch Headspace
