Simple and easy way to preserve figs throughout the year! Easy to rehydrate for your favorite dishes.

Ingredients

Ingredients: 

Figs 

 

Tools Needed: 

Knives 

Food Dehydrator  

Preparation

Wash Figs 

Cut stems off, slice in half if desired. 

Score fig skin if left whole 

 

Set temperature to 135 ℉ 

Dehydrate for 6-12 Hours
